Vista Tower (also known as Vista Residences or Wanda Vista) is a super tall skyscraper being built at 363 E Wacker Dr, Chicago IL 60601. Construction started in August 2016 with an early delivering date of December 2019. The building is being designed by chief architect Jeanne Gang, head of Studio Gang Architects which also designed the nearby Aqua building as the tallest structure in the world to be designed by a woman.
Vista Tower is a collaboration between Magellan Development Group and Wanda Group. Upon completion, Vista Tower will become the city's third tallest building and making Chicago home to the two tallest structures in the world designed by a woman.
Vista Tower will have 406 luxury condominiums residences and also the five-star Wanda Vista Hotel. The building will be composed of three connected towers. The east, middle, and west towers will be 47, 71, and 93 stories tall. The smallest condos for sale inside the Vista Residences will be 1,050 square foot one bedroom to five-bedroom penthouses.
