Check out Old Town real estate to live in the heart of historic Chicago. Two noteworthy venues are Zanies Comedy Club and The Second City. The Old Town Art Fair is held annually in June and is sponsored by the Old Town Triangle Association. The art fair includes around 250 nationally known artists who exhibit their work, as well as food, live music, and children’s activities. The Old Town Art Center is another local fixture. It offers gallery space to artists, as well as classes and workshops to the public. You’ll also find a great restaurant scene, with lots of locally owned and beloved restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs. As the area gentrifies, more national chains are moving in, too.
